WANTED: BRONZE 3/8 EYE BOLT
JUST FINISHED RESTORING CAPE DORY 14' SAILOR/ROWER. LOOKING FOR A 3/8" X 3 3/4" BRONZE EYE BOLT (IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE SLOTTED) THAT HOLDS TOP OF THE RUDDER IN PLACE. IF ANYBODY MAY HAVE ONE PLEASE CONTACT ME AS I WILL NEED THIS TO FINISH RESTORATION. SPARTAN MARINE NO LONGER HAS THIS PART ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS

I have a couple of those bolts, somewhere. It came off of a CD-14 that did not have the big bronze bracket. Let me look around a bit if you are not in a hurry.

Bronze eye bolts are difficult to come by and are shockingly expensive. I'd be interested if you find a quality source at a reasonable price.
