I highly reccommend the company thats listed in the owners manual for Volvo Diesel parts-they went out business for a while but are now back-formerly Dipietro-Kay--now Dipietro-International -1-800-447-9482-28 Hillard St Manchester CT 06040-you probably will end up speaking to "Lester"-he's very helpful-however I can guarantee you the price will make you grimace-Volvo parts are very expensive-and deliberalty designed so nothing else will fit-good lock

What makes you think you need one anyway?

If overheating is the problem, maybe a good sandblast and cleaning can fix you up. If you have a hole, then there are some new welding techniques that may help you. In any case, Volvo parts are too dear to just toss over your sholder without a second look. Oh, just thought of this one; how about a used one from a blown take out?

Thanks for the suggestions as to cleaning, etc. Our mechanic hasn't taken the manifold off yet, but has already started to discuss replacement of the manifold to solve an intermittent cooling problem. I'm gathering info. at this time. I'll avoid replacement if possible.
