A friend of mine is selling their waterview property in Havelock, NC at Fulshire Plantation which includes a 25' slip. It's only a lot - no house. Fulshire Plantation is a new housing development on Adams Creek. They've built a few homes so far, but not many. The marina, where that slip will be, hasn't been built yet but they're supposed to start soon. My friend wants $50,000 for the lot and the slip. It cost them $100,000. They are selling because they found a place in Destin, FL where they want to retire instead. I can't quite remember but I think they own Lot# 45 which is right across the street from the homes that are actually on the water. Whatever you build there should have a good view.
