I am looking for a Chart Kit of the Florida West coast. Since it will be used as a backup to my eCharts it doesn't need to be the latest and greatest (Edition 15) but it does need to be a later edition, say 13 or 14.

Sorry, wish I could help you with the charts.
Are you planning a trip down thru the Keys? I am considering going next Spring - probably April/May timeframe. Thinking about launching at South Dade Marina and going from there.
