No ice needed for any of the following:

Quick, easy breakfasts:
Oatmeal, Pancake mix (just add water) + syrup
Dried fruit/raisins (add to oatmeal or pancakes; also for snacks!)
Dry roasted peanuts (add to oatmeal; also for snacks)
Coffee

Lunch underway:
Peanut butter
Crackers or flat bread
Canned tuna
Canned beans

Dinner staples:
Pasta (spaghetti and linguine take up the least space)
Rice
Assorted Indian in heat and serve pouches

Galley basics:
Salt, pepper (in grinders), 2-3 favorite spices
Hot sauce
Soy sauce
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Chocolate (high cocoa % is less likely to melt)
Single malt scotch
Beer (serve at bilge temperature)

Good list Neil. To that I would add:

More beans
Chili powder (for the beans)
Pace Picante sauce and chips (the picante sauce is also good in beans)
Quinoa (I have a great quinoa and black BEAN recipe on my blog site at http://www.oldragbaggers.com/food/mexic ... noa-vegan/)
Canned corn and the other ingredients (for the above recipe)
Wine
