it Rustoleum with a tint. wont last too long when the anchors/chain/line go back into use, but sure looks Purrty now.

Your paint job looks much more complete than mine! I spent hours in the anchor locker replacing the rusted out backing plate and couldn't wait to be done with it. I put down a thick layer of left over barrier coat where the chain sits and on top of the new fiberglass.
