1978 Cape Dory 25 for sale

I'm the second owner of this well maintained boat. 4 cycle Nissan 5 horse outboard, 140% genoa reworked by Housley Sailmakers in 2012. All running rigging has been replaced. Have photos from the last hauling / repainting at Ferry Point Marina. Raymarine Auto tiller, Shore power with dual battery charger and battery switch, bilge pump. On the Magothy river near Annapolis MD. Asking 7000$ or best offer. Slip is also available for sale.
