Finished filling in the last of the thruhulls (2 cockpit scupper, 2 head, 2 transducers, 1 engine). Where possible, I followed West System's Guide on gluing in a center plug and repairing from both the inside and outside to avoid garbage can top size 12:1 bevels. I recommend becoming proficient on someones else's boat before doing this. Despite my usual slow learning curve, the repairs are better than they were before. Most of the sea cocks were only grabbing a few threads of the thru hull. For now, I will make do with 3 thruhulls, 2 for the cockpit scuppers and 1 for the engine cooling water. Not sure where they will go, except that I am sure that they will not go where they were. I'm considering putting the 3/4" engine raw water intake and filter down in the bilge and moving the seacocks from the scuppers aft out of the cabin (they take up space that I will need for future projects).

The holes from the head were the largest bevels, as access to the inside was blocked by a very thick liner.

These thruhulls would have been in the way of any efficient use of the space. By the way, the 1 1/4" valve connected to a 1 1/2" hose and scupper, with a reducing adapter. How much did CD save with this?
