Original CD-27 Color Brochures & Standard Equipment Lists

Cape Dory 27 owners.

In cleaning out some old files I discovered a dozen original CD-27 color brochures complete with standard equipment lists. They are like new and the pictures are excellent (There's even one of Andy Vavolotis as a young man!).

If you'd like to have one of these I'll be happy to send it to you. The easy way is to find an envelope big enough to accommodate an unfolded 8-1/2 X 11 brochure (envelope needs to be slightly larger), self address same and put on sufficient postage to mail it back to yourself. Fold this large envelope so it will fit in a standard #10 envelope and mail to me. The brochures are free as is my labor. Please PM me if you want one of these and I'll send my address back to you.

Please don't blindly send me a stamped envelope without first making contact as I'd hate for you to spend money for stamps only to find out that the last brochure is already gone.

There are 12 of these and it's first come, first served ...... one per customer.

First to respond going out in today's mail. Still have some. A bargain for less than $2.00 total in stamps.

FWIW, the First Class postage on the return envelope is $1.22.

When these are gone there are no more. Get 'em while you can ......

Hi Andy...thanks for making this available to the members. Perhaps you could scan a copy and add it to the "Cape Dory Info" page with the other owner manuals and sales pamphlets. An updated high quality scan would save it for everyone's future enjoyment.

I've found 6 more of these in another file

(Yeah, I know, my filing system stinks!

). If you're on the fence about spending < $2.00 for some nice CD-27 pictures and original factory info here's your last chance. Ask someone who has one. The reports back from those who already have theirs are universally positive.

See directions in the original posting to put in your request.

Brochure came yesterday. Thanks for you efforts Andy. After enjoying our CD27 for the past 27 years and many thousands of miles it was fun to have a look at the original brochure. Lots of memories including good coffee and conversation with Andy at "The Bean" in Oriental!
