Furling jib is one season 'new' . Dimensions are luff 20 ft 3 in. Leech 17 ft 10 in. Foot 8 ft. 4 oz fabric. No. 6 luff tape. Reinforced Dacron on leech and foot. Call 9734717249. $300.

I hope to get roller furling for Katie Girl, my CD 27. I have no idea how to approach purchasing a sail and the equipment. However, with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on this board I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I contacted one online sourse and I was told I need to determine the pin to pin dimension. I'm not certain what that is, assuming it's the length of the forestay, but even if my assumption is correct, I wouldn't know how to determine it.

Any general and/or specific recommendations would be appreciated.

You have a number of sail lofts in your area. Research on line as well to compare.
Stock sail sizes can be found for your boat without much trouble.
Often a 'package deal', sail and furler, will get you the best price
