This is the first I've seen of the typhoon senior.
As I currently own the 19 and 25 cape dory's i'd be hard pressed to fit in a 22 right now, but am hopeful you get your asking price as she looks like a fine vessel.
Curious as to interior? Possible to add some pics to your posting on sailboat listings of cabin below?
