I assume you are taking this 1GM (not a 1GM10?) out of your 25D. I'm curious why and what you are replacing it with? I also have a 1GM in my early vintage 25D and find the 7hp to be marginal at best.

I am located north of Boston and am refurbishing a CD25D purchased in August. The 1GM is being pulled this week to be either replaced or rebuilt. Am also curious what you are replacing the 1GM with. Might be interested in purchasing the engine depending on the outcome of the inspection.
