Nice Job!! She has the look of the classic Ty, and is sure pretty. The fact that she is plying the lake that I learned to sail on many years ago only makes her prettier. I like your enthusiasm and spirit about your boat. It's infectious!! (Now how will the insurance companies handle that?)

Nice photos. I have thought of repainting my Typhoon is a similiar fashion. What specific colors did you use for the hull and the topdeck and for the bottom paint? Also, what is the secret to print off your photos. I tried "print" and it wouldn't work.

All the paint is Awl-Grip:
Bottom Red, water line egg shell white, jade green sides, egg shell on top and beigh non-skid. I had a good friend paint the boat. He is a professional sign painter. He was very happy with how the Awl-Grip went on. She was a top to bottom workover. Pulled all fittings and re-worked the teak, major gel-coat blistering. I have photos of before and after. I'm scanning them at this time. I hope to have a web-site up within a few weeks. I found the boat on this web site, the web site also gave be the help on many problems and questions I had.

Super boat!
That is one of the nicest Typhoons I have ever seen, a true beauty! I've always felt the Ty is the prettiest of the Alberg designs, and Lion's Whelp reinforces that.
