CD-22 = Alberg 22 ??

Are the CD-22's pulled from the same mold as the early 70's Alberg 22? They seem very, very similar.

I don't think so. The CD22 is about 4 inches greater (7' 4" vs. 7' 0") in beam and about 1 inch less draft. As with most Alberg designs in the same rough size range, he changed the design numbers ever so slightly to make the boats different between each builder.
