CD25D, 1982, Hull 27 for Sale in Southern Maryland. $10K Located Zahniser’s Yachting Center. 2nd owner. Original owner had boat till 2011 when I purchased as restoration project. Concerned with safety and seaworthiness first, in late 2011 boat hauled and hull thoroughly dried out (6 months) then soda blasted, barrier coated, bottom coated. All new standing and running rigging, all thru hulls and seacocks replaced, new radio, new three blade propeller, new shaft, stuffing box reconditioned/hose replaced with new clamps, engine serviced, new head. New flares, first aid kit, horn, life vests, etc. 8ft sailing dinghy included with oars (no center board or mast). Sails in good condition (main, jib, genoa). New sail and tiller covers. New bottom paint this year with hull polished and waxed. All wood removed, cleaned, sanded and replaced in original location. Cushions in excellent shape. Porthole gaskets replaced. What would you have to do? Continue cosmetic restoration with new cabin sole and minor interior painting. New sanitation hose from holding tank to pump out. Engine pull to kill needs replacement. New engine vent hose. Two electrical outlets need replacing. Price includes this year’s slip fees. Simply put I’ve sailed the boat every weekend since it went in the water from Jul to Dec 2012 and Mar 2013 to present in all weather and several small craft warning days mostly singlehanded.
