1979 30’ Cape Dory Ketch, This boat is in excellent condition inside and out. New satin varnish on interior teak. Bottom has been coated with 2001 epoxy, new bottom paint. Exterior teak is in great shape. Head replaced fall 1999. Pressure water with cockpit shower. New alcohol stove. Sails (main, mizzen, 110 and a 150, North Sails) are in great shape, they were replaced about 5 years ago. I also have a full set of extra sails. Volvo diesel runs great. Three blade prop. VHF, new compass, CD player, speed and depth meters. Plow and Danforth anchors. Cockpit cover and dodger are both in great shape. Located in Jackson Mississippi.
