If it's still there, this one has been there since at least fall 1998. I would guess a lowball offer might be a good strategy.

How about a nice 1985 Quickstep 24? A lot like a CD 22 only bigger and sails better. Has a 9.9 Honda 4-stroke outboard (1997) and is in nice condition.
