We have to replace our 9.9 hp 2-cycle outboard and would like to change over to a 4-cycle engine. Which of the 6 hp plus 4-cycle outboards fit in the CD 25 well without need for major rebuilding? Would a remote-control unit fit better than a regular model?

We have very strong currents here in the Cape Fear River. These engines fit well in the Engine well and push the CD25 just fine.
