fom both an ownership & Maintenance perspectives are important to
us.Will pay top of the mark for the right boat.

LOA: 25’11” Beam: 8’ LWL: 19’3” Draft: 3’7” Displacement: 5300lbs Ballast: 2400lbs
Sail area: 304 sq ft Bridge clearance: 35’3” Interior headroom: 6’+
Engine: Westerbeke 10two, 2 cylinder, 9.5 hp, 86 total hours, all cooling, fuel, oil and exhaust hoses replaced, injectors serviced, new glow plugs and fuel pump. Injector pump rebuilt, new rear engine mounts and exhaust elbow. Water pump rebuilt. New cutlass bearing and stuffing box hose. New packing, ss shaft and 3 blade prop. Fuel tank removed and cleaned. New Racor filter. Water proof engine control cover, sure flow raw water strainer for engine cooling. Engine parts and service manuals included.
Trailer: Long 2007 galvanized tandem axel trailer with surge breaks. Galvanized spare tire. 4 adjustable boat stands and bow holder with ratchet and strap. All lights work, never been in water, can be adjusted for many sailboats same size or smaller.
Tanks: Fresh water 24 gallons, holding tank 14 gallons, fuel tank 12 gallons
Galley: Stainless steel galley sink with manual pump faucet with water strainer. Gimbled 1 burner Origo alcohol stove. Large fully insulated icebox.
Electronics: Garmin 541 GPS/chart plotter with exterior antenna and ram mount. West Marine VHF 580 / DSC marine radio. Sony AM/FM CD player with 4 speakers and IPod hookup. Sirius XM plug and play dock with exterior antenna. Hummingbird HDR 650 depth finder: 2 units port and starboard with shoot through haul transducer. Shakespeare ss mast top VHF antenna with FM splitter. Bora 3 speed interior fans: 2 units. 30 amp Shorepower Paneltronics breakers with 3 circuits and galvanic isolator. 2 GFI outlets: 1 for charger 1 in cabin 50ft power cord. 2 group 27 led cell batteries with 20 amp Prosport charger. New Aqua Signal bow/stern and mast combo light with LED bulbs. LED mast anchor light. 5 ss over head cabin lights. 2 white LED cabin lights. 2 amber/white LED cabin lights. New mast wires and most accessible interior wires replaced. New DC breaker subpanel.

Hull: 7 coats of West System epoxy with barrier coat additive. 1 coat black, 2 coats blue (Pettit Ultima SR40), all Spartan sea cocks (3- 1 ½” 3- ¾”) removed, cleaned and lapped. Plywood backing plates removed and replaced with G10 fiberglass backing plates. Sea cocks reinstalled with new bronze ¼” screws and 3M sealant. Dynaplate grounding installed with G10 backing plate and lightning grounded rigging. All hoses replaced, all bilges painted. Boat has a dry bilge.
Plumbing: New holding tank, Groco HF manual head with master service kit installed, Y valve, waste deck pump out fitting. Whale manual overboard waste pump. Sureflow water strainer for head supply water. All hoses replaced. Whale manual cockpit bilge pump. Rule 500 auto bilge pump. Rule 1500 bilge- all bilge pump hoses new with anti siphon vent loops. High water bilge alarm.
Cabin: 1 opening Bowmar hatch with new lens and gasket. 2 opening Spartan oval bronze port windows with bronze screens. Solid ¾” IPE cabin sole. Teak interior wood. Fiberglass head liner. 4” solar vent. Storage areas under seating and bow V birth and sides. 2 drawers, 1 cabinet with double doors and hanging locker. Cushions and lots of shelves.
Sails: Main sail with Dutchman and 1 reefing point (slab reefing). Pacific blue mainsail cover. Hank on working jib and jenny. 2 Lewmar cockpit winches and 2 mast mounted halyard winches. New main and jib halyards.
Additional add ons: Bruce style anchor with 25’ chain and 200’ ½” line. Stainless transom mount swim ladder. Spare identical teak tiller. New textured gel coat non-skid. All deck hardware was removed, drilled out, filled core with epoxy and rebedded. Drop board mounted window mount air conditioner (like being at an air conditioned house at the dock). 3” Nicro engine vents (2). Stern rail mounted ss fishing rod holders (2). Stern facing round Spartan port light to see out of cabin or to see GPS from cock pit. All work done prior to 4/12 launch. Excellent condition.

Not sure where you are located, but we may have a nice 25D on the west coast for sale.
