1984 CD22 For Sale

Post by bournedory »

I have a 1984 CD 22 in good condition. I purchased in July 2012 with great plans for using the boat. However my plans have changed and I need to sell it. Boat has teak interior, 2007 Electric start, Yamaha 8 HP 4 stoke, 2 new batteries, Data marine S200DL depth finder, Data marine S100KL Knot meter, Mast mounted Windex, Uniden VHF, Ritchie compass, Kenyon single burner alcohol stove, Stainless sink. Sails, mast and rigging in good condition. I paid $7,000 for the boat but am open to offers. I am primarily looking to sell to someone who will appreciate and take care of this beautiful Cape Dory.

Bournedory, where is your CD 22 home port? Do you have any digital photos to share with us?

Hello Ronkberg, My CD 22 is located on Cape Cod in the town of Bourne. The boat is covered for the winter, but I will try and locate some photos I received from the previous owner. I will try and post them tomorrow.

bournedory- I am interested, and had a Typhoon in Maine. Actually- it was an '84. I like the 22s. I have noticed
some have motor wells- maybe that is the Ty senior. I do not want an ocean well- I don't care about the looks
of a transom mount. Ill send a PM. Big problem is getting it to Miami...
