Sorry, Asking $20K. As you can see from pics, the interior has been completely refinished as well as the other upgrades mentioned.

One thing i failed to note, the $20K price does not include the windvane gear. Inclusion of the windvane will bump the price up by $2.5 K

we bought the gear this past spring and have only used it 4 times and i'm pretty sure i can get my price on ebay.

Where is the boat currently located? It shows a NY registration.

She's in Oswego NY (lake Ontario). I removed her sails and running rigging last night and will be pulling her out of the water in a couple of days. Over the winter i keep her in a cradle on a large equipment trailer in my yard.

Yes, she is still for sale. We've owned her for 10 yrs and used her mostly as a day-sailer. Our kids are out of the house and for the past two years she's seen less use so it's time for us to pass her on to someone who will enjoy her as we have. We bought her from a broker in Virginia so I can't comment on her history before that. We did a total re-build on the engine shortly after we bought her and she's only seen fresh water (Lake Ontario) since then. Feel free to send me a PM if you have any more questions.
