Cape Dory 25D for sale

"Sandpiper" a Cape Dory 25D purchased new in1982 is for sale.
The boat is daysailed on Lake Erie out of Edgewater Yacht Club in Cleveland Ohio.
It was surveyed in June of 2012. The survey said the boat is" average" and the
estimated worth is $12,500.

Bobrob I'm shocked you didn't just come right out and say this boat is worth half what the seller is asking. Have you reformed?
