I bought a used Autohelm ST4000 tiller auto pilot with a remote control. I bench tested the auto pilot and all is working fine.The auto pilot came with the ST4000 manual but it does not cover the installation of the handheld remote control #Z101.I have an extra socket that came with the handheld remote control,but no wiring diagrams. Any advise or info will be appreciated.

Actually their are two remotes, one with just the keys to alter course, the other more expensive model has a view screen to see all the screens (smaller detail).
I have both units and there is a manual for each one.
My advice is to call Rayethon tech support at 800.539.5539, giving them your model number.
If this dosen't work, contact me directly at my email address and I'll dig out the proper manual, scan it and send it off to you.
