Tiller -- which in my opinion is much nicer... but I'm a tiller nut.
My new boat a Alajuela 38 -- 27,000# Colin Archer is tiller steering -
with the tiller much longer than I am tall.

The tiller does consume some of the cockpit -- but it can be handled.
What is really nice is to duck behind the dodger when the going gets rough
and spray would hit a helmsman at a wheel in the face.

I know -- this is really a personal preference....

Do you have some more pics of this boat. Looks real nice in the two photos on Craigslist. Would like to see some photos of interior, deck, etc... I have a nice CD Typhoon Weekender (recently rennovated) if interested in combination trade/cash
