She is in a assignable deep water slip at St. Petersburg Municipal (downtown) Marina. Gets bottom/zink/etc. dive service monthly.
Crispy custom triple reefed main, new Navigator compass, electric as well as standard bilge pump, hank on jib and 150. The fuel tank has been steam cleaned, fuel pump cleaned, newer belts, hoses, etc. Engine sounds and runs good. I currently have her advertised on Craigslist Tampa Bay with full pictures.

I will be departing St Pete in a few weeks. At this point I am considering brokers offers to relocate and reprice at a level that will include their fee plus my sale price, thus eliminating my ongoing slip/bottom cleaning service/insurance fees/ and calls from dozens of kids looking for a first boat. 
. If anyone has experience such a placement experience I would appriciate their input.
