1981 CD 36' for sale

I have a 1981 36' Cape Dory for sale. In 2010 she received several upgrades.
New in 2010; Bimini, Revere 4 person offshore life raft, Garmin 4208 GPS Chartplotter with HD radar, transmission.
She has a Perkins 4-108, 105 amp alternator, Sails are in good shape, main sail is 3 years and jenny is 4 years old.
She has CQR anchor with chain and rode, Danforth with chain and rode. Dock lines, life jackets, fenders.
Alcohol stove, cold plate, plates, silverware, pots and pans.
105 gallons water, 24 gallons holding tank, 48 gallon fuel tank.
Electric head.
She is ready to cruise
Boat is clean and located in Wilmington NC. She is listed with David Champney at 910-617-7473

Yes she is. Right now she is on the hard getting a new prop shaft, bottom paint and a compounding & wax. Should be back in the water by August 8th.
