Do you have to leave your outboard in the water all the time or is there a way to raise it when sailing or docked? Also how well does the older 25 sail?

Mike,
If you have a smaller motor, you can leave it in the locker when docked or when you sail. That is what I do. You can take a look at my motor at the link below.
