I have a used Typhoon main and working jib that I'd like to sell.
I have never used the main since the boat came to me with a new one, and cannot vouch for how it actually performs. However, it visually appears to be in decent working condition (no obvious tears, etc.).
The jib I bought used last year, and it is still serviceable, but it is pretty old and I was never able to get the leech to stop flapping around at the top, no matter how I adjusted the sheeting angle or trimmed it. This spring I finally figured out that the boat also came to me with the upper and lower shrouds attached to the wrong ends of the chainplates, and rigging them correctly (uppers to forward attachment, lowers to aft) gave the mast a much more normal-looking rake, so that may have had something to do with it, but who knows... In any case, I had a new one made over the winter thinking that it was just a worn-out sail, and this one is now just taking up space. Also includes one red sail bag.
