1981 Cape Dory 25 Sailboat for Sell, “Second Wind”
Comes with:
• LOA: 24'10”, Beam: 7'3" Draft: 3'9 (fixed full keel), Displacement: 4000lbs, Ballast: 1700lbs
• Main sails, and Head sails
• Engine: 5 hp Mercury engine (2004) with Two 3gallon Plastic Gas Tanks
• Electrical: One 12V battery & recharger (solar & electric), selector switch, fuses, lights for cabin, 2 anchors
• Construction: White fiberglass deck with nonskid, lifelines, self bailing cockpit, 1 hatch, rudder steering, Compass on bulkhead
• Rigging: Aluminum deck stepped mast & boom, sail cover, reefing, halyards, etc.
• Accommodations: headroom, berths for 2 adults and 2 kids, single porta pottie, no burner, curtains.
• And all other items that are normally acquired and accumulated over the years.
• The boat is in good seaworthy condition and is currently located and Brokered at Colonial Beach Yacht Center, You can Google their contact info.
• It does need some Tender Love‘in Care (TLC) and time to fix a few minor things and make it shine, but I don’t have the time.
• I do not have a trailer available.
• I also have electronic versions of the owner’s manual and Marine Survey when I originally bought the boat in 2006.
