1974 Cape Dory 25 For Sale

Hi All,

Up for sale is our 1974 Cape Dory 25. She is in really nice shape with a brand new genoa from North custom fitted for the boat and a brand new Yamaha 8HP 4 Stroke High Thrust purchased new last year. The boat has updated wiring, lights, radio, sink, trim etc.

The hull was repainted last year and looks fantastic.There are a ton of upgrades with most of the work being performed last year. Below is a partial list.

The boat is located in Brooklyn and was just put in the water. We have a new boat on the way so we are wanting to move her. $5200 OBO

Hi KB,

I will be posting a lot more pictures tomorrow of the decks, electrical, cabin etc. I just haven't had a chance to get down to the boat to take them but I'm heading down there tomorrow. The pictures posted here are from this year when we were launching her except for the one in the water. I believe that is from last year.

The decks are in good shape, no soft spots (usual wear and tear for a 74'). We intended on refinishing them this year before we decided to move on.

The cabin looks great. We removed the toilet, and refinished the table, trim, sink stand and had the original lights cleaned and professionally re sprayed. The boat does need cushions. We removed the old ones because they were past their prime. Again intended on getting new ones this season but decided to sell.

Overall this is a very clean boat for a 38 year old girl. Price is negotiable.
