If you are looking for a 30c, then you owe it to yourself to see this one. I have owned her for the last twelve years, and while she was in extremely good condition when I bought her, she is much more so now. Other sailors describe the condition of this boat as “pristine”. Her value lies not only in her cosmetic condition and equipment, but also in the extent to which almost every major system on the boat has been renewed, rebuilt, or replaced. She is equipped for coastal ocean sailing, and with the addition of vane steering could literally take you anywhere.
I have invested well over $50,000 in the boat, equipment, and other non-maintenance upgrades. This ignores the value of the hundreds and hundreds of hours of labor required to implement these improvements. I am willing to part with this labor of love now for $37,500.
