1973 Cape Dory for sale

After succumbing to bigboatitis, I offer my 1973 Cape Dory 25 for sale. The asking price is $5800.

The boat is in overall good condition and well equipped. The hull is solid and blister free. The bilge stays bone dry all year round (no leaks).

2010 North Sails genoa, excellent condition
2002 Quantum main, fair condition
2004 Elliot Pattison, asymmetric spinnaker, excellent condition
2009 Garhauer traveler
(mostly) 2009 running rigging
Two anchors: a Danforth and a large Delta (22lb) used as storm anchor
2004 Andersen winches
2004 Thetford porta potti

2004 Nissan outboard with low hours, excellent condition (only used to get in and out of the slip).

Additional equipment: Furlex roller furler, ATN tacker, polypropylene spinnaker sheets, battery charger, good quality stainless steel boarding ladder.
