You're absolutely right. It is the "Handy" mount just like the one on my open daysailer. There were apparently as least two different OB mounts for Tys; the Handy mount and the Spartan mount. At that price any Ty owner needing a mount should snap it up.

If that mount was in my area I'd buy it just to hold it for the next ty owner that needed it.
