Solid 1981 Cape Dory 25, available in Wisconsin. New Imron Copper Bronze bottom paint over two coats barrier coat. Boot stripe removed and prepped for repainting to new owner's specs. Six opening Spartan bronze ports. Wiring and navigation lights upgraded, new standing rigging and lines, three new bronze Lewmar 6 single-speed winches, CDI Flexible Furler 2 with new internal halyard, brightwork stripped, cleaned and finished with Cetol Natural Teak finish, new companionway drop boards and cockpit coaming in African Ribbon Mahagany (matches the origianl teak well). New russet vinyl upholstery in cabin. New solar vent installed in forward hatch. Comes with iron storage cradle. 2009 custom trailer available. New main and furling 135 genoa sails spring 2012 by Super Sailmakers, Fort Lauderdale, still in the packaging. Currently negotiating on the purchase of a 2009 6hp Tohatsu outboard with battery charging system.
