22' Typhoon Senior on Cape Cod

I still have my Typhoon Senior for sale. She is No. 49 and was built in 1987. I am the second owner and have owned her since 1996. I have 3 sails (main and 2 headsails) all of which are in good condition (just gone over and cleaned by Hallett sails in Maine). She has always been taken care of and each year the necessary replacements and upgrades have been made. All of the teak trim is in good condition, the varnish just needs some attention. Hull and gelcoat in very good condition with solid decks. This boat is clean and in good shape and our family will be sad to see her go. Looking for $7,000 or best reasonable offer.
