CD25D Owner's Manual

Anyone have a clean copy of a CD25D owner's manual? I recently acquired Hull#27 and there was no manual on the boat (previous owner was not available to ask whereabouts). There is no manual currently posted on the web site. Any assistance greatly appreciated as I have much to do in order to get her seaworthy again.
