Boat balls

I think that vid was taken on their way to Lake Okeechobee, near Port Mayaca.
A guy there has a small business renting the ballast bags.

That makes sense, because I saw a similar video a few years ago with a different boat doing the exact same thing with identical looking big yellow bags.

The guys at Indiantown Marina in Indiantown Fl. on the Okeechobee Waterway can do the heeling for you. They have a boat rigged out with the big plastic blue barrels that they fill with water to induce the heel. The big fixed span is not the problem, it's the railroad lift bridge that is usually 48' give or take a foot or so depending on the level of the lake. Believe me we've seen some pretty creative things trying to get under that bridge, but the guys at the marina are all set for those types of things, give them a call if you need help, better still, before you go from Stuart, across the Okeechobee waterway to the west coast, check the level of the lake and make sure all locks, there are 5 of them, are operating prior to starting out. We have had a pretty big drought this year and the lake is somewhat down in depth. If you need more info just send me a pm and I'll lead you through it...Randy
