Does anyone know where I can buy table legs - I have looked and looked but cannot find them anywhere.

I would suspect that if your table is like mine, the legs were made by the CD cabinet maker who made the table and that you'd need a handy woodworker to make you some new ones.

If there's anything left of the old table legs you can probably use them as templates for new ones. You should be able to get you hands on some teak at a local chandlery.
