I am posting my Cape Dory 25 for sale. This boat is currently in the water and is in great sailing condition. As typical with a 1976 boat, there are some cosmetic issues but all the running gear is in top form. Boat is one of the best Lake Erie boats out there able to handle all sorts of weather you shouldn't be sailing in!

It has:

NEW furling system,

NEW Rolly Tasker Genoa and Main

All the lights work including a new anchor light,

NEW CD Stereo,

2010 Tohatsu 4-stroke 6 hp 25 inch high-thrust sail drive with charging circuit. This motor cost $1600 or so last year, and is still under warrantee.

NEW Deep cycle battery

All lines led aft for sail raising and furling from the cockpit

Solar Panel for battery charging

VHF Radio - mounted in boat

VHF Handheld

Sail cover

Tiller Cover

Anchor

Fire extinguishers

Fenders

Other gear will be included but will be determined by what is on the new boat already. A demo sail can be arranged for serious inquirers only.

Also, I can include dockage for the rest of the year at Edgewater Marina for the boat at no extra charge.
