For those who didn't see my posts under the "For Sale" section - my CD25 sustained some damage in the yard and I was forced to part her out.
I have been looking for a new boat and I have finally found her. She is a 1967 Schock Endeavor 26. There were only about 53 of them built and not many left in existence. I really love the long overhangs and gorgeous lines.
I purchased her in Milwaukee and had her shipped to Florida. She is now here - but I haven't even been inside yet. I had ankle surgery back in June and am not able to climb aboard. She is waiting patiently in the yard.
I am going to do a complete restoration to better than new condition.
I posted some photos on my photobucket site:

I agree, very nice lines
Especially the sheer

Hmmmm, that boat looks familiar
Something about your boat looks familiar.
I know, I'm reminded of a Pearson Commander designed by Carl Alberg!

Cockpit Length
Not sure of the exact cockpit length. My neighbor climbed aboard to take a look and he layed down on the bench. It was definitely longer than him - and he is over 6'. I am guessing it is somewhere around 7'. This was definetely one of the things that drew me to the boat.
And yes - the striking resemblance to the Alberg Design was also something that originally caught my eye.
Looking forward to the project. I have only found one other for sale right now in the US - and haven't found any other owners yet. Should be interesting.
I did have a very nice conversation via email with Tom Schock - the current owner of the WD Schock Company. He sent me some original brochures and information he found about the boat. I thought that was pretty cool.
