WANTED: experienced cape dory surveyor

In prep for my trans-Atlantic this coming spring I'm seeking the top professional surveyor who has the longest history in examining Cape Dory's for open ocean voyaging. European certifications would also be helpful.

Any suggestions from the board would be appreicated.
