stanchion bases

All 7 of my stanchion bases need to be replaced as they are corroded right at the weld. 2 have broken off completely.
Is it possible to keep the flat part of the base and have a new pipe receiver welded on or do I need to replace the whole thing. They are stainless.
I have not been able to find, anywhere, someone that sells stanchion bases with the same bolt pattern.

The dimensions are 3 5/8" x 2 1/2" for the plate.
The holes are 2 3/4" center on outers and 1 1/2" inner.
The distance between the outer holes and inner holes is 1 3/4".

Anyone have any of these floating around someplace?

I have some spartan stanction bases for sale, although I do not know what yours look like.
These are for 1" stanctions.
