I don't know much about Tys but I gather that they are very popular. I know that a really bristol one is probably worth more than my '81 CD 25. I just noticed a Ty in the boatyard I row out from. She is languishing on the hard and beginning to suffer from neglect, but she looks like loving hands could save her. She is just sitting there, mast up, and varnish peeling. I'll bet she could be had for a song.
The boatyard is in Keyport, NJ. If anyone is interested, I will try to get more info.
