150 genoa sail for a Cape Dory 27

The genoa is a great light/moderate wind sail. It was built by
Pope Sails & Rigging in Rockland Maine where it is being stored.
Asking $375.

the sail is is set up for roller furling not hanked on.

What are the dimensions? condition? UV material color? leech and luff lines? age of sail?
