CD 30C club boom attachment

Post by username »

Hi All,

Does anybody haven a photo of the hardware linking the end of the club boom to its deck attachment? I'm missing those bits and would like to replace them, and want to see how it was originally done before I get creative...

Also, the boat came with an old Schaefer free furler without attachments. Is anybody running one of those on their stay sail? I have a genoa on a Harken roller on the fore stay.

I must be a "visual learner", and Google images and the owners manual have left me wanting.

I'm going to check out the Spartan site as well, but if anybody could share a photo of their bow stays I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!

There are some pictures of our club boom on Mahalo (CD36) on the web page link below. Unfortunately they are not the best angle to show the attachment. The second picture is probably the best.
