Seeking a CD22

After weathering last year's financial crisis I am again in the market for a Cape Dory, albeit with lowered ambitions. I'm looking for an early to mid 80's CD 22 in at least very good condition, on the East Coast. I'm more concerned with structural integrity (hull/deck, rigging, sails) than electronics.
