Not mine, but it just came up on Craig's List and thought I'd pass it along - hope the owner doesn't mind!
From the ad:
28 1976 Cape Dory This is a fine example of one of Cape Dory's most popular sail boat models. "Wanderer" is clean, has been well maintained by knowledgable owners. This is a turn key opportunity for someone looking for a rugged coastal cruiser. Together with a Loadmaster 3-axes trailer, you'll be all set to store and launch! Call/eamil for all specs, and additional information.

Mike, I think this is the same boat but take a look as it's a couple of K-bucks more. Also some photos for the lucky shoppers.....not me!

I think I know this boat
There was a CD28 by the same name that used to be stored at Great Bay Marine, where I stored my boat. How many CD28's with the same name can there be in New Hampshire? It must have been by the previous owner. For what it's worth, the boat seemed to be well cared for. Certainly not neglected.
