I've uploaded a new video to the blog about the boat preps to leave for Puerto Rico and the install of a steering gear. I give a little boat tour as well.

Love the site
Perry - love your website, and thanks for taking the time to show us around below decks. I have a CD 28, and big sailing dreams, and though slightly smaller than your cutter, your adventure has given me renewed purpose. Good luck in your travels, I will be checking in on your exploits frequently.

Recipe for Noodles
I too like the site Perry and I have to tell you I love Ramen Noodles also and in the past I typically use about 1/2 of the spice packet and use worchestersire sauce, soy sauce and Tabasco.
I tried it first with angle hair pasta and today with just regular ole strings and I love this stuff esp when its cold as it is here.
Thanks for sharing not only the trip but the recipe as well.
