Boat is located in Kemah, Texas, and has been restored. New paint, powder-coated mast and boom, all new standing rigging, new running rigging, overhaul 9.9 Mercury outboard, Harken roller furling, new electrical system, LED lights, new bottom job with three coats of Interlux Ultra, all new teak rub rails, toe rails, comings, aft trim including complex-curve stern piece concealing hull/deck joint, new ball valve sea cocks, sails in good condition, but not new.
