This boat currently gets sailed several times a week. We love having it, but we're moving to Vermont in the spring and can't take it with us.
I'd be happy to do a sea trial & inspection any time by appointment.
Here's the current to-do list:
-The 12v bilge pump needs to be permanently squared away, with a t- fitting joining its hose into the exhaust for the manual pump. The electric pump's outlet hose is currently threaded over the stern thru an aft dorade. Pump was hastily installed as insurance when Hurricane Earl was looming, and I haven't had a chance to make it ship-shape.Winter storage is paid- if we don't sell it now, we'll list it for $15k in the spring.
-a valve in the head leaks, requiring that the intake thru-hull seacock be kept closed when not in use. I've thought about ordering new valve parts, but for a hundred bucks, a new head would be more satisfying and less hassle to replace. That's first thing when she comes out of the water.
-A prior owner let the bilge fill up above the floorboards, causing a noticeable water stain. Also water stains where the rubrail leaked before it was re-bedded. Not severe, and purely cosmetic, but it would look nice freshened up with some sandpaper and teak oil.
-she's got typical crazing in places in deck gelcoat. The nonskid is in great shape.
I can be reached by email or on my cell at 802-734-1225, and live nearby. I'd love to show the boat any time.
Thanks,
Adam Powers
